If I pay in full, do I get a discount?

We do not offer a discount if you pay in full.

What size are the beds?

Beds are extra long full and fit queen size sheets.

How many people live there?

We have 336 apartments that break down to 1020 individual beds.

If I am over 21, do I need to have a guarantor?

Every resident is required to either have a guarantor or pay a deposit in lieu of a guarantor.

When do I put down a deposit?

Our $150 application and service fee is due at signing. If a Guarantor Form cannot be provided, we then ask that you provide a month and half of rent as a security deposit due at signing and or no later than 1-2 days from signing lease.

Can I pay my bill with a credit card? Is there an extra charge?

Great News! The Reserve at Star Pass added a new feature that lets you pay online! View your balance, submit electronic checks, or pay with a Visa, MasterCard, or Discover from any computer. You can even submit maintenance requests! Just log on to our website, click the "Resident's Only" link and "Pay Rent." This will take you to our resident rent pay portal. There is a small convenience charge for this service. Extra Fees may apply depending on how you pay.

What if I need to cancel my lease?

There is no termination policy in the lease. You need to find someone to sublease your apartment to release you from the financial obligation. A $200 sublease fee applies.

Can I request an apartment or roommates?

You can request these items on your roommate preference card, and they will be considered before placement.

Is parking available?

Uncovered parking is available on first come first serve basis. We offer covered parking for an additional $25 per month.

What utilities are included in my rent?

Utilities included with rent are cable with 5 HBOs, Internet (Wi-Fi and ethernet connections), water, sewer and trash.

Can I use my financial aid?

Yes, as long as you either pay in full or make your monthly payments by the due date.

How close to campus are you?

We are approximately 4 miles from the University of Arizona and 1 mile for Pima Community College West Campus. We provide residents only shuttle service to both campuses.

What types of apartments/rooms are available?

We offer the following apartments: 1 bedroom, 1 bath 2 bedroom, 2 bath 4 bedroom, 2 bath 4 bedroom, 4 bath

Do I have to have a meal plan?

No, we do not offer a meal plan.

Will you send me a bill each month for rent?

No. Your contract states payment is due on the 1st of each month.

Can additional furniture be brought into the apartment?

Yes, you can bring additional furniture.

What do I need to hook up my computer to the internet?

You have two options. You will need an Ethernet cord for a direct connection or you can use our new, property-wide WiFi.

What are the fees for late rent?

If your Rent is not paid by 10 AM on the third (3rd) day of the month your Rent is late, and you will be charged $30.00 in addition to your Rent. In addition, beginning with the sixth (6th) day after the due date for payment of a Rent installment, you will be charged an additional late charge of $5.00 per day for each additional day that the Rent Installment or any part of it remains unpaid. Post-dated checks will not be accepted.
